Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb chopped - 1 inch chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar (more if you like it sweeter)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon optional
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • In a medium sauce pan, add all of the ingredients and simmer on medium high heat for about 10 minutes. Serve warm or refrigerate to use later. Enjoy!
