How to Make No Bake Pineapple Refrigerator Pie Recipe

This no bake Pineapple Refrigerator Pie recipe is a delightful, quick and easy dessert all year long. It’s made with cream cheese, whipped topping, crushed pineapple in a no-bake graham cracker crust.

When it comes to making pies, this one is the lightest hands down, but it is so tasty with a filling that will have you coming back for seconds.

I like this recipe because it takes less than 10 minutes to make. The hard part, however, is allow the filling to set. Which is a small price to pay when you think about the final results.

Best of all, it can be doubled (or tripled) to make multiple pies in a flash.

Now, for this dreamy, creamy pineapple recipe I used a premade store-bought graham cracker crust. But you don’t have to limit yourself to this product. You can make yours homemade.

Here’s how with these handy videos:

Or, you can make a shortbread crust that also will be tasty.

If you do choose to make either of these types of crusts, be sure that the pie shells are fully cooled before filling.
