Don’t you just hate it? You’re out and about doing errands, hard at work at the gym, or even having fun with the kids and you start getting hungry. You know you should have packed something to eat but you forgot.

What to do?

Dietitians will tell you that you should be eating about 5 small meals a day. Others say three moderate meals and two to three snacks per day.

Simple Snack Tip: It’s no fun being hungry, especially when you’re trying your best to live a healthy lifestyle. So at the beginning of each week, pack a handful of snacks that you can grab and go over the next couple of days.

The bottom line is this: consuming a healthy snack is better than reaching for a bag of chips or a trip through the drive-thru–especially if what you think you’re craving isn’t really healthy for you.

Good news is that there’s a solution for snacking on-the-go that’s quick and easy.

What you need is  a quick list of snacks that you can grab and go so that you’ll never have to hear your tummy grumble again.
